Lime, the famous bike and scooter sharing app, now doesn’t require you to install its app to ride a bike. You can now simply scan the QR code on the scooter using your phone, without the Lime app, and start your ride.
Can you use Lime scooter without the app?
Electric scooters can now be hired from Lime without downloading a smartphone app or creating an account. The update to how hiring Lime scooters works takes advantage of the Instant App system on Android and Apple’s App Clips feature on iOS.
