How do I connect my HX scooter to the app? ›

Users can register a new account or or sign in the HX APP. Open the APP and choose your country, register the HX E Scooter with your mobile phone number or email. It's silly easy and quick.

Lime, the famous bike and scooter sharing app, now doesn't require you to install its app to ride a bike. You can now simply scan the QR code on the scooter using your phone, without the Lime app, and start your ride.

Your eScooter App

To pair your phone to your eScooter, please download the app and follow these instructions: Open the app, select the model of your scooter, create an account with us and then click the Bluetooth button in the top left hand corner of the main screen.

Check your fuse or circuit breaker and see if it's heated or has loose wires. Make sure to secure wires tightly. Steep inclines or overloading can cause the circuit breaker to trip. You can also just wait for a few seconds after your electric scooter has stopped.

What to do if electric scooter runs out of battery? ›

P-Settings By Throttle Type

Many electric scooters have LCD finger throttles with pre-programmed settings (P-settings) that allow you to adjust features like cruise control, zero-start, and speedometer units (mph/kph).

Power Button: Press the button to turn the scooter on, and press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the scooter off. When the scooter is on, press the button to turn the headlight on/off, and double press to switch between modes.
